I believe I can speak for us all when I say, With open arms and warm hearts we welcomed the wonderful snow storm we received for Christmas holidays!
Thanks to the 100cm of fresh over the last 7 days, we now have a spectacular base of 186cm of wonderful fluffy white snow.

Synopsis
Expect clearing skies this morning, then mainly dry through the day today. Clouds increase again in the afternoon though as the next weather system approaches. Heavy snow and gusty winds will be developing this evening.
Snow continues through the day Friday with strong winds at times. Freezing levels will be lowering through the day Friday.
Dry and cooler conditions are expected to return for the weekend.
Enjoy the wonderful skiing on Whistler and Blackcomb today for all of us working away, shoveling that fresh snow, instead of shredding it!

Synopsis
Clouds increase today with light snow flurries moving in during the late afternoon hours. A light southeast breeze is expected. Snow accums will only be a trace late this afternoon, but some steadier snow moves in overnight.
Light snow continues on through Tuesday morning, then tapers off to a few flurries Tuesday afternoon. Expect snow accums around 3-6 cm through the day Tuesday. Winds turn more westerly and increase with dropping snow levels.
Flurries taper off Tuesday evening with clearing skies and colder temperatures Tuesday night. Weather looks to remain dry through the day Wednesday and most of Thursday. Snow returns late Thursday, then increases Thu night into Friday.

After a long period of snow withdrawal, its finally back. Our fluffy white friends are here to play and hopefully here to stay.

Synopsis
Light snow flurries should be gradually increasing this morning with steadier, light snowfall in the afternoon. Overall, snow today should be fairly light with total accums around 2-5cm.
Expect the snow to taper off Thursday morning with clearing skies and mainly dry conditions Thursday afternoon. Another 1-2cm of snow are likely Thursday morning with 4-8cm Wednesday night.
Thursday night looks dry and colder with clearing in the evening, then clouds increasing again late. Light rain and snow will be return Friday into the weekend with milder temps and higher snow levels expected.

Dry weather continues today with mostly sunny skies at the alpine areas and some fog in the village. High clouds will be increasig this afternoon though. Temperature inversion strengthens with warming temps on the higher slopes, but cooler in the village. There is the chance of a few light snow flurries developing later tonight.
Any flurries end by Friday morning with clearing skies and dry weather expected through the day Friday.
Weather should remain dry through the weekend. Expect mostly clear skies with some fog and low clouds in the valleys.

19 cm of fresh snow on Whistler today, and a spectacular 63 cm yesterday! Pow all over the place, who wouldn’t want to be here.
